Operation Cast Lead was the event that shattered many of my Perception-Illusions, and cha[lle]nged many of my core beliefs re: the conflict & Israel. I saw a graffiti- faded, old, maybe two and a half years?- on the bus last week that illustrated, in a simple, dusty, upside-down and ugly way why that was:
