Dust (for Tel Aviv)

The dull of this city dulls
In no particular direction
Lights lights lights dust
We passed a man with his lips
To the dirt
Not moving everyone said
He’s just drunk
I don’t think it’s fair to phrase it as
The oddest kiss
I’ve watched in weeks
Though sometimes I feel like a leper unto
Myself so
What do
I know
I know:
Which parts of the city’s flakes are good
To walk on
& Which ways to walk in the city
Light light
